Chris Pero is an artist in Portland, Oregon who is inspired by the world and creates her works with passion.
Chris’s personal art history story goes way back. At a young age, her interest began with photography and glassblowing. She later went to school for graphic design, then realized she wanted to expand her knowledge and continued her education by pursuing a degree in non-traditional fine art photography. This is when she started framing photos and learned the importance of presentation, as well as the impact it has on the art and the space it is in.
Since she started her career in the custom picture framing industry, she knows what can and cannot be done, and more importantly, what should or should not be done. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Chris still loves what she does and the client relationships she has built along the way.
Chris is experienced in many facets of the art presentation industry and has a great team of vetted professionals that she works alongside to make the art sourcing and display experience enjoyable. It is truly her joy to see the inside workings of various businesses come alive through amazing photos displayed in lobbies, or preserving and highlighting the history of a family or a business through unique collage walls.
