27 May Vitaly, an artist than gets really close to nature

Vitaly is an artist who resides in southern Oregon, but has traveled the globe.  He has a vast collection of wonderful images that will work well in many different settings.  Since a lot of his images are relaxing, I see them great for healthcare, or a spa, or your home…hmm,  they can work in many spaces really.    His images are said to bring people closer to nature.

Another exciting thing is that Vitaly was just featured in the January issue of Silvershotz, a fine art magazine published in both Europe and the US.    Not bad, right?

This is just a small example of his work.   If you’d like to see more,  let us know.  We will lead you in the right direction.[slideshow]

18 May Portland photographer M.C. Reardon

perodesign recently had the pleasure of meeting a local photographer, M.C. Reardon, who has a great perspective of nature to look at.  I think her work will work well in healthcare areas as well as office environments.  A lot of her images are very relaxing..  well to us they are.    If you are interested in seeing more,  let us know!

11 May working with the Portland Trailblazers

It’s true.. we have in the past, and are  continuing to do so working with the Trailblazers design team.  You may have seen these latest images in the perodesign social media facebook page,  but just in case you’re not a facebooker,  here are some shot of what we have done with the latest roster wall.  We worked with Plywerk,  a local Portland company who mounts photos or graphics on bamboo or maple.  This is a “green” process that looks pretty awesome.   Look at the cool sides![slideshow]

Pate is a local artist who has shown me some of her most recent work.  We have used her work in a few projects in the past.  See the “mixed use” area of images.   Her work is on a green wall.   Abstract of course.

If you are interested in Pate’s work. let us know.  She is also really good about doing commissions too.

15 Sep a great Portland artist found!

I stumbled upon Sarah’s work while looking for art for one of my commercial clients.   I think her work is fun and colorful.  We are using some of her work…which you will see once the project is in place and complete.    Different pieces than what you see here of course.  I have to keep somethings a surprise.

Some of her pieces are available in print if the original has been sold, and she will do commissions as well.

I had to share………Enjoy!

01 Sep New and exciting times for perodesign

Welcome to the new perodesign website! I hope to be consistent posting new projects that were completed, new artwork found and much more.

If you are an artist or know one that I should know, let me know. Every project is something different, and I never know what someone will be looking for tomorrow.

In addition to this new website,  my office has moved.   I am still in the Olympic Mills Commerce Center,  but up a few floors.  A better view and less train noise.

Let me know of you are in the area and  I will show you the coolest tiny office, east of the Willamette, I share with 2 others.

Talk soon!
